David trained at the Charles Clifford Dental Hospital in Sheffield, graduating in 1999. From there he moved to a large NHS Dental Practice in Hinckley in Leicestershire. Here he completed his training and subsequently became an associate and then a partner and principal dentist at the practice in 2002. David became very involved with post graduate dental training in the Trent region and was a Vocational Trainer for newly qualified dentists between 2005 and 2008. It was around this time that Graham Murray became David’s mentor at the start of his dental implant training, and they have since successfully completed many cases together over the last 13 years.
You will find a David caring and sympathetic dentist who takes pride in his ability to explain dental treatment to his patients, and with a good sense of humour added.
Outside of dentistry, David is a keen but wayward golfer; a lover of dogs currently with a Cockador, Labrador and a Norfolk Terrier; a competent clay target shot and has represented Warwickshire on a number of occasions and a classic car enthusiast particularly his classic Mini Cooper.
